Tesla has achieved all of the September, 2024 goals of the Tesla AI roadmap from one month ago. FSD 12.5.5 works for Cybertruck and gives all FSD end to end roads and highway.
This looks great for Tesla Version 13 in October that should be the 6 times better on intervention miles. Three times improvement is the difference between a new teenage driver and experienced human drivers.
I expect that on Robotaxi day (October 10, 2024) that FSD Version 13 will be used and demonstrated even if it is not fully released to the public. Tesla AI has been testing the FSD Version 13 for months. They will have a closed course in Warner Brothers studio lot in Los Angeles. They have hypermapped the studio lot.
Due to popular demand, Tesla AI team release roadmap:
September 2024
– v12.5.2 with ~3x improved miles between necessary interventions
– v12.5.2 on AI3 computer (unified models for AI3 and AI4)
– Actually Smart Summon
– Cybertruck Autopark 📐
– Eye-tracking with sunglasses 🕶️
