Saints schedule visit with Arkansas WR Isaac TeSlaa

The New Orleans Saints have scheduled a visit with Arkansas Razorbacks’ wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa, per Jordan Schultz.

Arkansas WR Isaac TeSlaa has visits scheduled this week and next with several teams, including the #Lions, #Bills, #Saints, and #Rams, sources say.

TeSlaa, 6-foot-4 and 214 lbs., played two seasons of college football, catching 62 passes for 5 touchdowns. While there is a lack of production for the Arkansas receiver through two seasons, his size and sure hands make him an interesting prospect for NFL scouts.

The former Razorbacks receiver has a large catch radius and high points the ball at a high level. There are concerns about his ability to create separation at the next level, but TeSlaa negates those concerns with his high-level ability to fight through contact.

The Saints shockingly went through the offseason without adding a big pass catcher to their receiver room. Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, and Brandin Cooks are all talented receivers in their own right, but there’s a concerning lack of size in New Orleans.

TeSlaa is projected to be an early-to-mid day-three pick. With the Saints holding five picks on day three, including two fourth rounders, they have the tools to take the 6-foot-4 wide receiver in his projected range.

Of course, however, the Saints aren’t the only team interested in TeSlaa, with Jordan Schultz reporting the Detroit Lions, Los Angeles Rams, and Buffalo Bills have all scheduled visits with the 6-foot-4 receiver.
